MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Company has assembled an experienced team from Motorola Semiconductor and other companies with 70 engineering years of
advanced processor design experience (PowerPC, Network Processor and Classification Processor), and software development to
assure successful execution of its business plan. With expertise and experience in critical areas, LeWiz is ready to move
quickly into the marketplace and capture a dominant position in the TOE industry.
Chinh Le, Founder and CEO/CTO

Mr. Le has 16 years of well-rounded experience with a combination of management, technical and marketing experience.
Mr. Le is a former Director of Engineering for a Silicon Valley startup. He has completed multiple, complex, deep submicron
network processors and classification engine. Mr. Le is a former operations manager at Motorola where he supervised a team of
70 professionals involved in software, hardware, and business development. He is one of the original architects of the
PowerPC™ processor chips developed for Motorola to target networking and embedded applications. Prior to Motorola, he was project lead,
designer at Stratus Computer, Apollo Computer, and Teradyne. Mr. Le holds 10 patents in the areas of processor, protocol, and
system architecture. He co-chaired the ITCom 2001 and Internet Multimedia Management Systems conferences for SPIE and has
authored several technical papers on processor architecture and its usage. Mr. Le received MSEE, and BSEE degree with high
distinction from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

John Floisand, VP/GM of Board Business Division

Mr. Floisand comes to LeWiz with over 29 years of experience in management and sales. Prior to LeWiz, he was President of
Apple Pacific Division and was responsible for growing sales from $1B to $4B. He also served as Senior V.P. Worldwide Sales for
Apple and was responsible for $10 billion in sales. Mr. Floisand has run multiple start-ups in the software and hardware markets
and has been involved in a number of successful mergers.

Steve Dowdell, VP of Sales

23 years of experience in chip sale and management. As President of Premier Technical Sales, he has generated over $200M in sales
for Alcatel's ADSL products. Mr. Dowdell was salesman of the year for LSI Logic (1988), and Cypress Semiconductor (1988, 1984).
He also represented Adaptec at TAARCom. Mr. Dowdell previously held various sale roles at Texas Instruments.

Ken Pope, VP of Marketing

Mr. Pope comes to LeWiz with over 24 years of high-tech management and marketing expertise and will provide strategic direction
and tactical execution for marketing, merchandising, new product planning and development, branding, PR and advertising. Mr.
Pope has provided successful executive level marketing support to a number of firms such as IDT, Hitachi-Semiconductor, BOPS, and AMD.
His product experience ranges from semiconductors to ATM products to DSP to wireless.

Mary Le, VP of Operations

18 years of experience in management and sales. Ms. Le is responsible for all human resources activity and company accounting
policies and procedures. Ms. Le assisted in fund raising efforts that were key in securing Series A round funding for LeWiz.
